Literaire Milestone Book House provides: - Online book purchasing and delivery across India - Book publishing services for authors - Creator platform for book content creators - Author branding and marketing services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) only. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification by our team. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We offer delivery across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is offered on orders as specified at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines and charges may be updated periodically.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept return requests only in cases where: - The item received is damaged or defective - The wrong item was delivered Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
6. Publishing Services
Authors who engage our publishing services agree to: - Retain full copyright ownership of their work - Grant Literaire Milestone a licence to publish, distribute, and promote their work as agreed - Provide original content free from plagiarism or third-party rights violations Publishing service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific terms for publishing engagements are governed by separate publishing agreements.
7. Creator Platform
Creators joining the Literaire Milestone Creator Platform agree to: - Submit original content reviews and summaries - Not plagiarise or misrepresent book content - Allow Literaire Milestone to moderate and approve content - Receive earnings as per the platform's earnings formula Earnings are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of policy violations. We reserve the right to remove any creator or content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Literaire Milestone Book House or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Literaire Milestone Book House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
